Six-sides Protection

Megasafe introduces its new UL rated TL-30x6 security safe with Megasafe JEWELERx6. IT includes the time-proven heavy duty mechanism and with a new high-tech multi-barrier to resist a concentrated attack with today’s modern tools including picks, chisels, sledge, hammers, abrasive disc cutters, drills, torches and the most dangerous of all, the hole saw. A new international team composed of highly skilled engineers and safe technicians have come to develop a safe that combines the craftsmanship and robustness of how safes used to be made with today’s modern engineering, advanced materials and manufacturing technology. The JEWELERx6 continues to be unsurpassed in its ability to withstand heavy burglary attacks on all 6 sides.

Door (top to bottom protection)

The entire door is covered by massive steel plates and hard plates are welded together via a complex alloy grid pattern and encased in our high density matrix material. The entire door has an overall thickness of 7. 1” (180mm). The combination of Megasafe’s barrier materials provide the door with a unique strength to protect against tool and torch attacks.

Body (a new high-tech barrier)

Massive steel plates and hard plates are welded together via a complex alloy grid pattern and encased in our high density matrix material on all six sides. This superior mangan-alloy grid provides a 3.5” (90mm) extra uniform solid and strong body making a safe with no weak spots and vulnerable areas for attack.

Boltwork and relocating mechanism (not your ordinary boltwork)

A heavy duty 3 way mechanism with a long bolt throw engages the bolts locking the door to the body of the safe. A continuous, reinforced interlocking rail secures the door on the hinge side. A proven and balanced design that’s withstood the test of time. We cut no costs with designing the unique “pull & turn” mechanism which uses an ingenious clutch system that engages the mechanism and enables operating the handle only when both locks are open - a unique feature in the safe industry found on no other safe. Finally, four active relockers protect both locks and vital areas. Four relockers lock all the moving parts of the mechanism in the event the glass shatters by use of tools, torch, explosives, additionally locking the mechanism and preventing the safe from being opened.

Interior Equipment

Adjustable/removable shelves are standard, plus a variety of drawers, lockers, and interior compartments are available as optional extras.

Fire Resistance

The Megasafe JEWELERS TL-30x6 safe was successfully fire and heat tested for two hours according to the most difficult standards.

Insurance

The mega safe Jewelers successfully has passed the Underwriters Laboratories TL-30x6 test and is so labeled. It thus qualifies for an “F” rating and is therefore recognized by all insurance companies.

Locks (the final component)

Locks are the heart of the security. The JEWELERx6 TL-30x6 is equipped with an Underwriters Laboratories combination lock and a maximum security key changing key lock with detachable bit for easy carrying. As an option, an easy to operate UL listed digital combination lock can be supplied to exchange the mechanical combination key lock.
